In other news, many of you know that in addition to Scherzo we have a Cajun/Creole fast casual concept called Roux 32. We're excited to announce our next Roux 32 Pop-Up will be on October 22nd at Q Fanatic BBQ in Richfield. We will be serving up gumbo, jambalaya, muffuletta sandwiches and more! We'd love to have you all come out and support us. Dine in or take out, no reservations needed.
